Run 5K at 8:00 AM and 1 Mile at 8:05 AM.

The McDonough Methodist Academy 5k is an annual tradition that started in 2012 and we will celebrate our 8th year. Our event starts from the gymnasium of McDonough Methodist academy and goes through the beautiful and historic downtown McDonough square. A fairly flat course with some mild rolling hills will keep you running like a Bunny and looking forward to the pancake breakfast immediately following the event.
This course is a CERTIFIED Peachtree Qualifying course!

PACKET PICKUP
Will be Friday March 22rd from 11 am to 6 pm at McDonough Methodist Academy. More details to follow.
PARKING
Parking will be available near the McDonough Methodist gymnasium, McDonough Methodist Church as well as on Griffin St (heading south of the square) and Macon St (heading north toward the square).
START/FINISH
The race starts and finishes on Griffin St near the southwest corner of the McDonough Methodist gymnasium.
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the Top 3 overall male and Top 3 female and Top Masters male and Top Masters female. Medals will be presented to the Top three male and female 5K runners in each of the following age groups:
10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29. 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and older.

Kilted Timing utilizes Jaguar Timing systems providing *LIVE* real time results and finish line photos to our participants. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
